Things having been going very well!!! I'll be 23 weeks tomorrow and i feel like our daughter is going to be here any day now, the weeks are just flying by. I can't wait to hold her in my arms. Last night my hubby and I were sitting on the couch with our hands on my belly and our baby girl was kicking and moving around for about 15 minutes and i almost started to cry. This is such an amazing experience and i'm glad that i'm feeling so much better so i can actually enjoy being pregnant.
My hubby and i have started to discuss what we are going to do as far as my job and living situation when our daughter gets here. This has been a topic that has really been stressing me out but hopefully we will come up with a decision soon. I am only able to take 6 weeks off work and then i would have to put her in day care. I am having a hard time saying ok my 6 week old baby can go spend 9 to 10 hours a day with some stranger and not me. I just don't think i will handle that very well. I honestly don't trust day care centers no matter what anyone says about them because i will have no idea what is going on there and if my child will be getting taken care of. I guess everyone feels different about it. we will see what happens. hope everyone has a good wednesday!!

As long as the baby and I are doing fine, I'd like:

I'd like to try the following positions for pushing (and birth):

Busy Week

Well, it's been quite an exciting week for me and my hubby. On Monday we went to the doctor to have our offical ultrasound and found out we are having a baby girl and she looks very healthy and she weighs 13 ounces...wow that is tiny!!! I already had a feeling that it was a girl so it was nice to have it confirmed!! I can't wait to finally bring her into this world and meet her in person :)
My poor hubby has been pretty sick all week but he is finally doing better. He stayed home most of the week and on valentine's day even though he was sick he had a candlelite dinner ready with rose petals on the table and a vase full of a dozen roses and there were ballons on my chair, it was so romantic.....he is so amazing!! And on top of Valentine's Day, my birthday is the next day so he took me out to dinner to one of our favorite restaurants right on the newport harbor where we got married. And not that that was enough, last night he drove me out to LA so we can have dinner with a group of my friends that live there at my favorite Italian restaurant! So today and tomorrow all i want to do is get some rest. Hope everyone has a wonderful weeknd!!!

Half Way There!!!!

Well I'm at 20 weeks today and I feel better than I have in a really long time. I am finally getting some energy back and work has been going a lot smoother even though by 4pm I am ready to go to bed, it hasn't been too tough though. My pains haven't really gone away but i think that I am now use to it so I have learned to ignore it. I am actually at a point where I love being pregnant...and yes nobody ever thought this day would come, not even my doctor, but it's true! On Monday we are going in for an ultrasound to find out the sex, I am so excited!!! Well I guess I should get back to work!
